Neverworld offers free rentals of houses or apartments for people who do not have the time or interest in developing a whole parcel. Most of these rentals have self serve rental boxes where you can start your lease and also extend your lease. NEO ROME
Theme: Cyber Rome Ancient/Modern URBAN
Size: 33x18 meters
Features: Skyscraper, full length balconies, inside customizable. Pick up a kit of walls etc in the lobby. These apartments can be customized as you like. A sample apartment is in apartment I. The rent boxes are outside of the apartment doors.

Features: Skyscraper, balconies. North and South towers are fully furnished, rent at apartment doorway. These luxury spaces are available for all who are new residents, and conveniently located near the welcome center.

Features: jetsons style houses in the sky travel by private air vehicle These saucer shaped houses or luxury apartments are either single or in a saucer stack. Teleport from the landing. Each house or aparment is ready to decorate. Dog walking runs and saucer parking available out side of each space.

Features: most waterfront, useable water, intergrated road system neighborhoods. Choose from more natural keys to some in the middle of beach towns like Vaca Key and Marathon. You are free to decorate as desired, very generous prim limits, add docks and watercraft.
